Composition and form of release
At the heart of Hepbest , the active substance is tenofovir and alafenamide in a dosage of 25 mg.
Hepbest is produced in the form of tablets, which are packed in plastic bottle of 30 tablets. Thus, one package is enough for a month of admission.
When used in combination, tenofovir and alafenamide have less effect on bone than regular tenofovir. Another advantage is a short course of treatment, which lasts from 3 months to six months.
Hepbest is prescribed for the treatment of hepatitis B and HIV infection. This drug is always prescribed in combination with other antiviral drugs. Hepbest can be taken by patients over 16 years old with a weight of more than 35 kg.
Hepbest is also prescribed for people who are resistant to other antiviral drugs.
